I%20received%20my%20order%2014%20days%20ago.%20I%20just%20checked%20and%20opened%20the%20order%20today%20for%20the%20first%20time.%20I%20was%20so%20happy%20with%20the%20model%20and%20colour,%20but%20unfortunately%20after%20I%20put%20it%20in,%20I%20found%20out%20a%20defect%20in%20the%20collar.%20I%20know%20according%20to%20your%20shared%20policy%20it%20is%20totally%20my%20mistake,%20but%20I%20just%20find%20out%20that%20there%20must%20be%20a%20quality%20control%20check%20on%20your%20side%20on%20items%20before%20they%20are%20shipped.%20I%20am%20a%20fan%20of%20your%20products%20and%20never%20wished%20to%20have%20such%20a%20bad%20experience.
