Exceptional Customer Service Experience

I ordered a medium-sized denim jacket, which arrived promptly. Realizing that a large size would be a better fit, I contacted their Customer Service team.

Without hesitation, they arranged for the large-sized jacket to be sent. But here's the best part: I accidentally broke the metal button on the medium-sized jacket. They surprised me by sending an additional medium-sized jacket- no questions asked!
