Hope all is well.
Kindly note that i have experienced a very unpleasant situation with Frillu. I have had an order of 2items that was never delivered. yesterday your team called me to check if i still needed it, i informed them that i have submitted another order and one of the items is included, whole i still want the order one as it is not available anymore on the website, the prder was received today, however the payment was including the 2 items while it included only the one i needed. Unfortunately a family member paid the order already. However the shipment is for one item only.
Please i need my refund as soon as possible.
